It's that time of the year again, time for Gaylord's 3rd annual Alpenfrost!! Kameron ran the Frosty 5k again this year, he came in 3rd place for his age division, and he didn't get frostbite!!!! He was wearing John Deere gloves....Nothing runs like a Deere!!! ;) Hahaha!! They had more age categories this year, too. Kameron came in 2nd place last year, and that was for 18 & under!! He did another amazing job this year, SO proud of him!! Chelsea had a Dr's appt today at noon, so we went to that after Kam's race. They are running some blood tests, the normal blood tests & then one to check for Celiac Disease, and some other tests will be done as well. I really hope she doesn't have Celiac, she won't take it well. Just hope we can figure out why she is having all these belly pains, so hopefully we will get some answers soon. Kyle had to work today, so we dropped him off with all this running around, and Keagan is at Brandon's......as usual. LOL But we went back up to the Alpenfrost after all the running around so the kids could have some fun. They went ice skating, and this was Kwintyn's 1st time on ice skates, he did pretty good! Then we tried to get in line to meet & greet Princess Ana & Queen Elsa but the line was backed up to a few blocks down......NO THANK-YOU! So we pushed our way over to see Olaf. Kids were really excited to see him....I know their faces don't show it, but it was a mad house & people cutting & pushing their kids up further in line. So this is what we got. People can be so rude, I guess that's why I don't get out much? We then made our way to the carousel and the kids had a winter carousel ride. We then got in line for the horse carriage ride, and then after that they got to ride the Alpenfrost Polar Express. The kids had a fun time, and so did I. We bundled up so we weren't that cold....except for all our toes, they were frozen!!
Welcome to Gaylord, Michigan
