Today marks the 35th anniversary of me, being expelled from my Mother's uterus. I actually still had one week left!! See, I didn't always procrastinate! I was born at 12:36 PM, and I weighed 6pds 6oz. Was a tiny little thing! I think my Dad had picked the name Jennifer, my Mom had the name Laura Lee picked out. I ended up being, Jennifer Jo. Jo, just like my Mom's middle name. You know how much I hated having a "boy's" middle name?! LOL I wasn't to fond of the Laura Lee, so I guess I was happy with my name....until I got to school, and EVERYBODY was a Jennifer. Did you know that my BFF's name is Jennifer, and I have a Step-Sister named, Jennifer, too?! Guess Maybe they should have went with Laura?! I guess I got quite the exciting birth story, too! I mean...what's not exciting about me?! :D My Dad showed up in full army gear, with face paint, and all! My Dad was in the Marines, and was at Fort Custard in training when he got the call my Mom was in labor. Guess all the nurses found that pretty funny. I have a birthmark on my thigh, and when my Busia was changing my diaper for the first time she kept wiping that spot. She thought it was poop! Hahaha! Guess I have always been a little shit, too! I was the middle child, and yes, what they say about us is true. We get forgotten. I am still waiting for my airplane ride. When I am determined to do something, I will do it. I was 3-4 years old, and I wanted to go to Arizona to visit my Aunt, & cousin. Was the night before Easter, and I got on my bike and was dead determined to ride my bike to Arizona. I guess, I was headed in the right direction! I was one who played with baby dolls way to long, but I just loved the idea of being a Mommy. I always wanted to be a Mom...and have a cat farm, and have a day care. LOL I think I came pretty darn close to living my dream. Was 3, cats away from crazy at one point. For my 16th birthday I got a Corvette, that my Dad bought for me! He knew how much I wanted a Corvette that he went out & bought me one. He was more than generous and got me two cars! Sadly, they were Matchbox cars. I told Keagan that story, and he believes it. I told him that he, and his brother trashed my car! Which they did! I ended up getting a bike for my 16th birthday. What's so sweet about that?! Was better than walking, though! I moved from Bronson, Mi. to Gaylord Mi. when I was just 17 years old, and oh how that was a rough, rough day. I thought my world had ended. And then I met Frank. I think you know how things went from there. ;) So there a little bit of info about me. I have to say...35 isn't that bad....so far!
About my day: Kwintyn, and I went up to Cops & Doughnuts to get my birthday treat!! I was standing there for like 5 minutes trying to decide what I wanted, and Kwin had already picked out what he wanted! I got the most awesome birthday wishes from friends & family on Facebook, makes a girl feel good! Thank-you, friends! After school I took Keagan & Kyle up to the Secretary Of State with me to get their permits, and my plates renewed. Took Keagan to work, went home and picked up the family, and off we went back in to town. You see, it was another amazing lady's birthday today. Grandma Moore's birthday is also today!! Most awesome people are born on September, 14th! :D We went up to visit her & Grandpa. Got to see some of the family up there who were visiting, too. We then picked up Dinner, got some gas, and then we let Kyle DRIVE home!! Holy Shit!!! I was very anxious a few times when he was driving. Was his first time driving in town with us...and our car! I kinda feel like I should have some sort of sign on my car alerting others...student driver aboard! Kinda like the baby on board signs....Never did understand those. So, I lived through that driving experience. Might not be so lucky next time.....next time it's Keagan driving. I guess he pulled out in front of a semi, Kyle said. That's very reassuring, son! I hope, I am blessed with another 35, great years! Thanks to everyone for all the well wishes on my birthday! You're all the best. Much love to you all.
Birthday Adventures!
